Established in the calendar year 1992, we Mega Carbon Products Pvt. Ltd. are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Carbon Products. Our offered carbon products such as Carbon Brushes, Brush Holders and Slip rings are highly appreciated by the clients. We have always ensured that the carbon brushes provide efficient electric current conduction between the electric wiring and the movable machine parts. Further, the offered carbon brush protects the commutator from wearing down by taking the friction and heat onto its surface. Additionally, our offered brush holders are capable of holding the brushes and maintaining a constant contact with the commutator. We have ensured that the brush holders have low friction coefficient and support spark free commutation. Further, our supplied slip rings allow power transmission from a stationary wiring unit to a movable part of the machine. We have designed the slip rings for delivering an intermittent rotation and unrestrained functioning. Additionally, our supplied carbon products are widely used in the electrical and mechanical industries.

Our offered vacuum pump blades are very beneficial in the suction and exhaust of the gases. We have designed the vacuum pump blades to support the mechanism of repeatedly expanding a cavity, allowing influx of gases and then exhausting the gases into the atmosphere. Further, the offered vacuum pump blades have higher head per stage to act as multistage impellers for knocking out of the gas molecules from the gas chamber. Our supplied carbon products relieve the clients from constant damages and breakdown arising out of the usage of sub-standard carbon parts. Additionally, our production department is fully equipped with the braiding machines, molding machines and boilers required for the manufacture of carbon products.
